In my own research I have come across over 400 different types, but there are many more. I haven’t been continuously researching only new ones, because I have been going back and researching the ones I have already found too, but there are definitely more than that.

According to the legend of the hakutaku, there are 11,520 different types of yokai in existence. So, I need to draw a lot more!
