I have it on Kindle and hardcopy. I didn’t get in on the Kickstart programs, but I did order the Kindle for Book 2.

I really want a hardcopy of the second book, but there is no place on Amazon to order it. I suppose that it is still in production.

Can you give me a date when I can buy this fantastic second book of your?
