If it is a caching issue, that’s annoying and I have to wonder what the point of caching is in these modern times where always on, broadband connections make page loads essentially free. Kind of made sense back in the days when it could take a minute to load one web page and most people had to share a phone line between their modem and land line, but it feels like it should be like a browser extension for those without reliable high-speed internet, not a core feature of modern browsers.
